Enterprises must consider three power plays for identity in 2025, said Rohit Ghai, CEO at RSA. “Passwordless, posture management and platformization,” he said. These are the “three Ps of identity management.”
In this video interview with Information Security Media Group at RSAC Conference 2025, Ghai also discussed:
- Why identity is now the control plane for security;
- The drive toward passwordless authentication amid the proliferation of non-human identities;
- How to approach AI and how nefarious actors are already using it.
A cybersecurity veteran with over two decades of leadership experience, Ghai has led RSA through its transition from a security division of Dell Technologies to a stand-alone entity in identity and risk management. He previously served as president of Dell EMC’s enterprise content division and held executive roles at Symantec and Computer Associates. At RSA, he has been a vocal advocate for rethinking trust in digital systems, especially as AI accelerates complexity and ambiguity.
