“OT is still a big challenge. Understanding the right level of risk management we need in that area is still a big challenge, and obviously the communication of this risk to the business side to make it tangible with financial background information is a big challenge. But I always say that our job is to be in sales and marketing and commercials for security and risk management.”

About the Speaker
Majtenyi has more than 20 years of experience in IT and over 10 years in information security. Over the past three years at Norsk Hydro, she has worked as director of cybersecurity services and it governance risk, and now as director of the information security office. Drawing on her ITIL certification and skills in manufacturing process improvement, she has been pivotal in elevating Norsk Hydro’s cyber defense framework, with a commitment to excellence and proactive risk management throughout her approach. Previously, she worked at General Electric as director of IT risk and Tungsram as CIO.
